Using authentic “Yamada Nishiki rice”, and pristine water from the Funagata
Mountains, Taiwagura follows authentic brewing methods passed on through generations of sake masters. By staying true to authentic brewing methods, Taiwagura have won many national Gold medals. 60% of Yamada Nishiki ricegrain is milled away, leaving 40% remaining creating a premium sake with a ripe pear-like scent with an excellent fruity aroma and a full body.
